Heute & Morgen Assets Pvt Ltd operates as a regulated Corporate Digital Lending Service Provider (LSP) and Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We partner with leading Banks & NBFCs (ICICI, HDFC, Kotak, Shriram, Chola, IKF) to digitally underwrite, process, and originate loan applications. The loan agreement, sanction, and disbursal are executed directly between you and the respective lender under RBI guidelines.
What is a Key Fact Statement (KFS) and why is it mandatory?
Per RBI Digital Lending Directions (2025), every borrower must receive a standardized Key Fact Statement (KFS) before loan execution. The KFS discloses the exact Annual Percentage Rate (APR), processing fees, interest breakdown, recovery procedures, and cooling-off period.
What is the Cooling-Off period and how do I exit?
As per RBI mandate, you are provided a 3-day cooling-off / look-up period post loan sanction. If you decide not to proceed with the loan during this window, you may exit without paying any prepayment penalty by simply returning the disbursed principal plus proportionate interest.
How does the Sub-DSA Partner commission payout work?
Sub-DSAs earn tiered commissions (up to 2.50%) on successful loan disbursals. Earnings are credited directly into your partner wallet in real-time and can be withdrawn to your verified bank account via automated Maker-Checker release.

All personal data is processed strictly in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Data is hosted exclusively within AWS Mumbai cloud servers with 256-bit AES encryption. We never access your phone contacts or camera without explicit consent.
